At SUNJOY EU, we are committed to delivering your favorite outdoor products safely, quickly, and reliably throughout Europe. Below you’ll find all the key details about our shipping areas, processing times, and delivery procedures.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union.
Orders are fulfilled from our European warehouse in Poland.

✅ Countries we currently deliver to:
Germany, Austria, and France.

🚫 We do not ship to:
Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or non-EU territories (e.g., Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Monaco).

2. Processing Time

  • Small Parcels (e.g., accessories, lighting): Ship within 1-2 business days.

  • Large or Freight Items (e.g., gazebos, pergolas, furniture): Ship within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery time after dispatch:

  • Germany & Austria: 3–7 business days

  • France: 7–14 business days

Remote or island regions may require additional transit time.

4. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free standard delivery on most items within the EU mainland.
Any additional shipping fees (for oversized products or remote areas) will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.
If you haven’t received tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shop@sunjoygroup.com.

6. Delivery Methods

We work with trusted European carriers and freight partners such as UPS, GEIS, KUEHNE+NAGEL, and SUUS.

  • Small parcels are shipped directly to your door.

  • Large or palletized items are delivered curbside and may require a signature.
    Please ensure someone is available to receive large-item deliveries.

7. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in several packages depending on item size or availability.
Each package will have a unique tracking number.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible defects:

  • Notify our support team within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection.

  • Contact us at shop@sunjoygroup.com and provide photos if possible.

We’ll resolve the issue promptly by arranging a replacement or refund.

9. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence at delivery, or refusal without prior notice, you may be responsible for return and re-delivery costs.
