Placing an order with us is super easy. Once you’ve found your favorite product(s), simply click the Add to Cart button. Then, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to begin the checkout process. A new window will open where you can enter your billing and shipping address.

You can check the status of your order at any time. Simply log in to your personal account and click on the “My Orders” section. There, you’ll see a list of your purchased items along with up-to-date information about the shipping status.

If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, you have one hour to do so. Simply follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email.

After this one-hour window, you can still cancel your order by contacting us directly. Just send your request to service@sunjoyonline.eu or use our Contact form. Please make sure to include your order number — we’ll take care of the rest as quickly as possible.

Please Note:

An item can only be canceled if it has not yet entered the shipping process. If your order has already been processed for shipment, you can still return the unwanted item once it has arrived at your home.

The total cost of your order will be charged by Sunjoy immediately upon receipt of your order.

We offer several convenient payment options for your order, including credit card, direct debit, advance payment, invoice, or PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

Please note that goods can only be shipped after payment has been received. Sunjoy also reserves the right to determine which payment methods are available to each customer.

Questions About Shipping

High-quality products deserve high-quality packaging. We place great importance on ensuring that all orders arrive safely and undamaged.

To guarantee this, we keep a wide range of carton sizes in stock. The products you order are carefully cushioned with recyclable materials and shipped in appropriately sized boxes, selected by our packaging experts.

We operate a large warehouse in Poland, where your order is packaged and prepared for shipment as soon as it is received. Once ready, your goods leave the warehouse immediately.

If the product is available for purchase, the delivery time is usually 2–5 business days. However, in some cases, the delivery time may vary and take up to 10 days.

For the delivery of large items, we use a freight forwarding company. Once your order is ready for shipment, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery is usually carried out by a two-person team and is free of charge — directly to your garden.

Please note that, in rare cases, due to current restrictions, delivery may only be possible to your front door. Our freight partner will contact you by phone in advance to coordinate the delivery time.

Returns are handled in the same way: If you wish to return a product that was delivered by freight forwarding, please contact our customer service, and we will arrange for the carrier to pick it up. Of course, you can also agree on your preferred pickup date directly with the carrier.

Naturally, you will not incur any costs for the return.

Of course. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If your order is being delivered by a freight forwarding company, you will be contacted by phone before delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Questions About Returns & Refunds

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, SunWay grants you a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date you receive your goods.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the goods free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate the return, please contact us via service@sunjoyonline.eu or use the Contact Form. Depending on the size of your order, we will either send you a free return label or arrange for a freight carrier to collect the item. Of course, you can also schedule a preferred pickup date with the carrier. There are no costs for you when returning an item.

Before pickup, please ensure that the product is properly packaged for transport.

Once we have received and confirmed the returned goods, the refund is usually processed within 3–5 business days, although the exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Questions About Warranty & Replacement Parts

The warranty refers to the legal guarantee that we, as the manufacturer, provide in accordance with German law (§§ 437, 438 BGB). It applies for two years on new products. The warranty covers defects that were already present at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cover damages caused by natural elements or weather conditions. To help you avoid such damage, we provide detailed recommendations for proper use and maintenance in our user manual.
